I met with 2 other companies and they didn’t explain anything. This company was thorough, explained everything. Tested the furnace, showed me all the data and had better prices.

Very pleased. He is a treasure: very thorough and willing to explain. I think that he is an invaluable resource (for both your clients and your other employees) because he thoroughly understands the instruction manuals, probably better than anyone else among your employees that I have met. Invaluable for your other employees not only because of his extensive knowledge, but also because I have seen that he has the patience needed to train your other employees!

Edwardo Ramirez is probably one of the most professional, forensic, polite, expert sales/ customer service anyone would encounter. Edwardo is an extraordinary example of the entire terrific team at Pros360. They care In a world where we’ve all been frustrated and victimized by home improvement fakes and frauds, this guy is the real deal. Cloning is suggested.

We love Pros 360 Air for our HVAC service and maintenance. Marlan our Service Tech completed a detailed service with pictures and descriptions of everything he serviced. The office staff are also wonderful. So attentive and courteous. I love their slogan, “Hello this is Pros 360, How can we make you smile today” They also installed our HVAC plus duct work, furnace and condenser about a year ago. Leal the head sales consultant walked us through all the steps and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Best company overall!

Excellent service, extremely professional, Pros 360 and Eduardo R. really know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

They are thoughtful and well-informed. I was about to replace my heating system with a comparable one and they let me know that it would be good to consider switching to the electric system. They also knew I was having trouble affording it and they shared about the financing options, which have been great for me. But most of all, and this may sound totally weird, I am grateful every single day for the switch. The old system used to wake me up in the middle of the night. I’m a light sleeper. The new system is quiet and keeps the temperature studied all day long and all night long. And it just feels heavenly.

We had the great pleasure of working with Henry to troubleshoot an A/C issue. From the start, he had a terrific positive nature about him. He got to work, once we described the misbehavior of the system. So, up to the attic, he went… He recognized the issue and with the appropriate adjustment, we were all good. After spending his time in 121 degrees, I insisted he join me with a glass of cool water. We chatted for a couple of minutes about family and our mutual love of classic rock. Pro360 is my new goto company for my HVAC needs. From the office tech, to the regional manager, everyone was very professional, communicative, and informative. Staff on the field and the staff in the office knew what each were doing, which showed sufficiency and accountability. When I made a verbal appointment with the manager and the HVAC tech and had to call the office to reschedule, the office tech knew who I was and what needed to be done. When material shipments were delayed, I got a call from them with an update without me having to reach out to them. Prompt and efficient. The new ac/heating unit works great so far. I’ll post an updated review down the line
