I'm very happy. I used these guys and very satisfied with the installation of my new system. Not an easy job, as it involved lifting, removing, and replacing two large compressors with a crane reaching four stories into the sky. Leal was very fair with his pricing, and Eddie and Danny were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and neat during the two days they spent with us at our house. Thank you for that! All in all, the job was fast, clean, and successful. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

We have used Pros 360 on several occasions. On every occasion they have been professional, careful in their work, on-time and fair in their pricing. We have used a number of companies in the past. Many, but not all, felt like they were pushing up the price. I never get that sense with Pros 360. In fact, not only do we use them at our house, but we now have them assisting with my folks' house and my sister's house.

I've been a very happy Pros 360 customer for a few years. Their yearly membership has provided my a.c. and heater with regular tuneups. Most recently, however, Pros 360 replaced my old central air system with a state-of-the-art unit---and it has been a phenomenal improvement in terms of cooling power and efficiency. The field rep, Leal, thoroughly evaluated our 100 year old home, and came up with an elegant and affordable plan that tied a large downstairs room into the new upstairs system. The entire installation was accomplished in two days, with a minimum intrusion of workmen and a fastidious clean up. The workmen all wore masks indoors and could not have been more pleasant and professional. This company truly delivers top notch quality products and expert installation--at competitive prices. After disappointing experiences with two other a.c./heating companies in the past...I'm so happy to have found Pros 360.

Pros 360 fit me in to their very busy schedule during the hot summer months. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and fixed my problem. I am very happy with both Pros 360 and Daniel. I will continue to use them and would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
