Great job from start to finish. Pro 360 installed an entirely new heating/AC unit for our home. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. My 18-year-old HVAC system stopped working. Pros 360 replaced it in less than 24 hours. Clean, courteous, efficient they did a great job. Leal, Joe, Eduardo and the guys on the install crew, were very polite and easy to have working in our home. They used tarps to walk on and cleaned up when they were done. It’s like they weren’t even here except the system is working again, just much better and quieter than ever. The new heat pump is clearly a huge leap forward from 18 years ago.

The technician Eduard was respectful, thorough, and informative. The issue was resolved and I’m very pleased with this service interaction.

Pro360 is my new go-to company for my HVAC needs. From the office tech, to the regional manager, everyone was very professional, communicative, and informative. Staff on the field and the staff in the office knew what each was doing, which showed sufficiency and accountability. When I made a verbal appointment with the manager and the HVAC tech and had to call the office to reschedule, the office tech knew who I was and what needed to be done. When material shipments were delayed, I got a call from them with an update without having to reach out to them. Prompt and efficient. The new AC/heating unit works great so far. I’ll post an updated review down the line. Update as of 1/30/24: the HVAC system works well. No more worries about possible gas leaks or carbon monoxide. Surge came to check on the system as well. He was polite and punctual.

I’m very happy with the crew that came to install the new a/c and heating unit. They worked straight through the day. They were very polite too. They were well-trained. Eduardo and Nissim (head guy of Pros360), spent time analyzing options for the new placement of mini split condensers onto the roof of my two-story bldg. They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful about the work involved and issues that needed addressing when doing that move. I am very happy with their expertise in their field and their attention to detail.

We had a tune-up done on our HVAC system recently with Pros360. The service technician, Eduard was very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating the detailed analysis he was doing, complete with photographs of each step. I would be happy to go with Pros360 on future service including changing out our gas hot water heater to a heat pump water heater.
